Batch Brewing Company is with out a doubt, the best brewery in Detroit. They have about 10 beers on tap that they have made. People rave about how well each one tastes. You definitely will want to try as many as you can. For the food, they don't have a huge menu, but there's enough to satisfy you. With options like batch pretzels, bread pudding, rib-eye bolillo, nachos, and cuban sandwich, you will have a full, happy stomach.

Wright & Co. is a busy place, with good reason. The average wait is about 45 minutes so prepare to wait awhile. It's definitely worth it. Wright has a small plate menu. You won't really notice because you'll still end up full. They make craft cocktails with gin or tequila. They are made from scratch so it can to take a little bit. The food is excellent. Oxtail gnocchi, sriracha skewers, chicken liver mousse, and the gulf shrimp are something to try.

Here at Green Dot Stables, you really get your moneys worth. Their drink menu is super affordable with nothing over $5. The cocktails are $3 so you have drink without emptying your wallet. For the food, they have sliders. Different flavor to choose from. The sliders cost $3 each so again, you really aren't spending a lot but getting a lot out of it. If you are daring, try the mystery meat slider, you never know what you are going to get.

Republic is a great place to grab some drinks and come great food. All the food is brought in locally and all organic free range. They change the menu for the changing seasons so one dish might not be there if you go back some months later. They even make their own ice cream. You can fill up on seasonal, organic and homemade items. Just a note, some plates can get expensive. Perfect place for a celebration dinner such as a anniversary or a date.
